The undersigned hereby agrees to waive any and all liability and to indemnify trainers from and against any and all liability or claims, demands, damages and costs for or arising out of participation in the training of the undersigned’s dog, whether it be caused by the negligence of the trainers, their agents or employees, or otherwise. Further, the undersigned hereby assumes any and all risks related to participation in these training sessions and assumes the risk of all conditions in and about the site of the training sessions and waive any and all notice of the same.
