Calling all cat Lovers!! Come to Leashes & Leads and start your weekend out right with your feline friends while enjoying complimentary coffee. We will also be featuring guest speakers in the near future. Cats & Kittens will be present to meet & greet from Camp Companion, Paws & Claws and Rochester Rescue. Do you have room in your heart to provide a cat or kitten a forever home?

Come enjoy a good time at the Leashes & Leads Country Store.  There will be games, a dog costume contest, and prizes in celebration of St Pattys Day! Who knows, you may just get lucky and find a special suprise!

The English Springer Rescue America will be at Leashes & Leads for a Meet & Greet with some adoptable English Springer Spaniels looking for their forever homes. English Springer Rescue America, Inc. (ESRA) is a national referral and foster care purebred placement organization, and a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. ESRA's mission is to provide foster care to English Springers impounded by humane societies, private shelters, and animal control facilities nationwide, as well as to offer adoption referral services for those agencies

It is time for another Fido Friday Fun Night!!  Come enjoy a beach themed party in honor of the arrival of Spring!!  There will be games, and prizes and tons of fun, you don't want to miss this!!

Leashes & Leads is hosting another Rescue Event!!! This event will feature 8 different rescue groups from around the area, over 2 days, to kick off American Humane Society's Every Day is Tag Day in April.

Saturday: Retrieve a Golden of MN, Rochester Rescue, Small Dog Rescue of MN, and the MN Gordon Setter Rescue 

Sunday: MN Boxer Rescue, MARS (Midwest Animal Rescue & Services), Camp Companion, MN Greyhound Rescue.

Please join us for another Fido Friday Fun Night, with an Easter theme.  We will be having a good old fashioned Easter Egg Dyeing Party at the Leashes & Leads Country Store.  We ask that participants bring half a dozen HARD BOILED eggs, and we will provide the rest!  Dyed eggs will be going to the Ronald McDonald Charity House to brighten some young kids Easter!

Have you been into L&L Country Store lately?  Have you seen the good looking mugshots of Richard, Lenore, Inky, and Abby? Well, your cat or dog could also be a pin-up in our Country Store! For a $50 dollar purchase, PROEX will take a professional portrait of your pet and create a 16 "x20" poster, as well as give you an 8x10 copy suitable for framing. AND the best news is that we will also support a local non-profit animal rescue group with the cost of your purchase. More than 50% of the proceeds will be going to the rescue group. The photo will be hanging on display in our store for 6 months and then is yours to keep. Calling all Horse Lovers!! Leashes & Leads is hosting its 2nd Annual, EquiDAYZ Horse Expo.  We will be featuring Vendors, Door Prizes, Sales, Demonstrations, and Area Stables will also be here. Make sure to Save the date! This year the dates are Friday April 30 and Saturday May 1, and on the final evening we will be hosting a square dance for all to come and enjoy!!
